This is the letter accompanying the handwriting report by the expert graphologist Morton Pennypacker hired to determine if Robert Townsend and Samuel Culper Junior were the same person by comparing handwriting samples. The expert concluded that not only was the handwriting the same, there were other similarities, including paper type.
